Return Eligibility
- You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the original condition.
- In the original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).
- Please note that because our leather products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, pattern, and size are normal and not considered defects.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: Upon contacting us, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping offer on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like to exchange it for the same product, please contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process at no additional cost.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
